Tennis Serve
Introduction
Training for 13 years have enabled me to have power and accuracy when performing the serve in a match of Tennis. Although it would be advantages to improve my serve by identifying the correct stroke and correct biomechanical.
Aim
The aim of this report is to apply an understanding of biomechanics and how they are fundamental in having successful performance in the sport of Tennis. This will be seen by evaluating my strengths and weaknesses in my serve by justifying my decisions using relevant biomechanical concepts such as Force Summation, Levers and Balance.
Method
The three biomechanical components and concepts are force summation levers, balance. These three biomechanical concepts have enhanced my serves power and accuracy. The three biomechanical components are crucial into executing and continually preforming a consistent serve.
